Locating Faded Nanocluster of Severing

I'm trying to get together the parts in order to create a melee weapon, and the directions call for a "Faded Nanocluster of Severing". I've been to shops all over Rome and can't seem to find this nanocluster.

I don't have the expansions so I can't use the shop searches around Rome.

Anyone have any clue how I could hunt this item down?

Thanks for the response - turns out the Faded Nanocluster of Severing is the old name for it, which was updated in some patch or another. They just forgot to update the cluster names in the weapon directions. On a different forum I was pointed to http://www.gatecentral.com/ao/wissen/im ... ll_l12.php, which shows all of old names and what they're called now.

I forget the name of the weapon I'm making; I have the weapon manual stored in the bank and I forgot to look it up while I was in the game.
