at 95 you should have the stats and Comp Lit to make Jobe Tier 1 armor for soldiers...
If finances are short, you could hold off and use up to 200 Omni-Carb, which IMHO a good all-around armor.
You didn't say what type of Soldier you are? Are you a Perennium Blaster type... stand there taking punishment while you Blast it... High AC armors would be your stock....
Pistol Soldier who wants to blast, but puts stock in evades... try Omni-Tek Steel-Ribbed armor... it has decent AC's and +'s to evades....
Is money no problem... then use the AI armor... Combined Commando's or Combined Sharpshooter's armor....
If you need assistance blitzing armor pieces (steel-ribbed), feel free to call on me...

Steel-ribbed is sold in neutral armor shops (no idea on omni shops), as well it can be collected from Dynas (lots of peeps leave it on bodies, so you dont even have to fight).

Unfortuantely, some of the glyphs require to dispose of relatively high level Scheol critters, which at Level 95 means lots of teamwork. As soon as I gain access to Scheol, though, I'd be happy to help

yes but you can also roll steel-ribbed armor as a mission. Thats how i got my full ql60 Inferior Organic Armor and soon going to make it into CAS for my soldier.
So if you dont feel like buying it, just roll a mission or 7 and get the armor.
