Is AO down???

Ive been trying to login but am recieving a message at startup saying they could not process my logon request. Please advise.

According to the Server Status 2007-04-21 14:01:44 UTC the Zoning Servers are down.

Aye, see the server description below on the page:
Zoning Server: People can switch between zones; If offline, players can't login either
