It's supposed to be a portal to the Shadowlands. It's working as intended. Or rather, broken as intended.

I remember reading somewhere that the shadow gate is how Aztur got to Rubi-Ka from the Shadowlands, but broke it as he went though.

That sounds plausible...

Aztur did come from SL and the same with Tarasque. Tara came to RK through the gate at Excaliburs end.. I wonder where the SL end of the ToTW gate is...

i think it might be somewhere in pandemonium, they got alot of mobs looking exactly like him (and the boss in IS)

The gate has been there as long as ToTW has been in the game

And yah I guess the portal would either be in Pande or Penumbra hollows.

Can't recall seeing Aztur mobs any other places in SL...

Well, you exit Pande inside the Pyramid in BS...

There are other things, like a stone & a sort of chest in the Crypt of Home... Never worked out what those are for...

Really?? They added this great pyramid into the game thatcould be used for SOOO much cool dungeon ideas and they made it an exit point??
