Removed AO Pocket (Been down for a number of weeks. Waiting on permission to use a similar site)
Reworded a number of paragraphs to reflect rk5 and rk19 differences and availabilities.
Added links and brief info on how/where to obtain Spirits.
updated info and link from GMS to the newly linked GMI guide

Actually, it might be an idea to not completely remove the link to aopocket, but leave it as a 'we hope it's coming back' thing...

I have the original guide saved in several locations, the url of AO Pocket saved with it as well as in my browser and I believe iirc every attempt to contact the authors/owner of the site has failed.

We are all, including Tinker, hopeful that it returns and are prepared if that event should happen
