I've added a comment in the guide that the respawn time for the Abandoned Hope is one hour. Thanks Keune for suggesting that on discord

You can get one more daily mission "Paradise Lost" from the NPC "The Observer" by the tower north from Island of the Dead (coords 1800x486). The mission task is to kill 3 Pain Lords, Arachnobots and Seismic Lizards Each.
