I've added a link to the (new) downloads section on AO-Universe with third party Skins, including Mr-X's new GoXYZ GUI.

An update needs to be made on the section about Hotbar creation with updated picture to place underneath the text

The Hotbar

The reason for this is that in Anarchy Online you can have anywhere from 1 to 10 hotbars, to increase or decrease your number of hotbars go into your F10 Setup and navigate to GUI - Control Center, here you can slide a slider to choose the number of hotbars you wish to have:

The keyboard shortcut for Control Panel has been changed to CTRL + 2

No it hasn't!
CTRL + 2 is still to open the Actions Window. F10 still opens the Control Panel (I've just logged on to check).

If you are getting different results, I suspect your hotkeys have been changed, either accidentally or maliciously...

I might have been a bit unclear.

If you look at the picture in the guide, it states CTRL + 0 (the letter) opens the Control Panel. It does not. The default is now CTRL + 2.

F10 opens the Help/Settings menu.

All my keybinds are default. Never touched as I just reinstalled the game.

Aaah...
I see the confusion...
The 'Controls' option on the mini hotbar now opens a window called 'Actions'! Not the clearest thing FC could have done! lol

Addition: It might also be noted that you can open the pet window with the command '/pet open'...
