135 Quantum required at level 46. I dunno why I'm even doing the quest at this level but eh.

Wow, it's almost silly to ask if anyone on the staff can verify this (I'm all froob, so I can't do it). I doubt anyone on staff has a low enough level toon and the wherewithal to do this and the ring quest at such a low level.

If the rest of the staff seems agreeable, I'll go ahead and raise the bottom of the level range on this and the other tip from fixyourwhat.

May as well change it for now, until it can be checked.

I think it would be better for people to attempt it and possibly be told they are too low, than to not try at all due to the guide.

I'd just add in a note to the guide stating as much. Unless anyone else can verify this info

I'd imagine not many people bother with the keys while headed to inf, I was somewhat bored and needed a break.

I'd equip it and let you inspect me but my soldier's too low to wear it.

Ok, unclear on the comments here.

A level 46 player can obtain and even create the complete blueprints.

You have to be level 95 for the Incarnator to spawn the GB for you. Otherwise, what? You can spawn the GB yourself? You need a friend to do it for you?

And if a level 46 player can do this quest line, is it presumed that a level 1 player could start this quest line? There really isn't a "bottom" to the level range, is there?

A level 46 player can create the blueprints with city (+160 tradeskills) so long as they're at the proper areas of the quest (where you have to build it yourself to get update). However you can't spawn it yourself unless you are level 95 (presumably dependent on the ql of the pattern?)

I had to spawn on my 220 fixer which was no big deal. As far as a level 1 doing it, I would assume none of the garden quests have a lower level lock. However I don't intend on doing penumbra or inferno key quests on this level 46

(*It is theoretically possible to combine "Subdued Flow of Novictum" with "Notum Crystal with Etched 'Weary Empath Min-Ji Liu'". But you need at least 135 in FieldQuantumPhysics. Combine failed!)
