One Eyed' was only lev 88 when I did it at lev81. You can skip killing her too.

Changed it a bit to read more accurately that the mob level varies based on your own level

Ah, I remember this daily. Actually, the "dungeon" isn't a mission instance, as you can enter it without the daily mission active, and this is another one of those missions where you can complete it via high concealment as well. I'll update it as soon as I get a chance.
