Anyway, this daily is super easy.

The description in the mission is as seems normal, cryptic.

The only requirement is to kill a BOSS your level or higher. Boom, instant level. Not any easier than this.

Do you know the level range, if it is only for a particular faction, is it a team mission boss, a dyna boss, etc?

I haven't seen this one myself so I'm in the dark, any info would be great

It's Dyna bosses, and you can kill one slightly under your level and get the reward, but there's a % involved that I can't calculate...

Did this from Clan Agency. Level was less than 60. Iirc 45~ Ran out from Varmint Woods to Bludbugs (sp?) just east of whompah. Very easy quest. Took less than 10 minutes.

Have done daily on multiple toons approx same level, all three factions and have not seen this quest again. Added benefit was that bugs are group aggro so good amount of extra XP also.
