I can confirm that at level 160 you can receive the mission (have not completed it yet). Maybe the level range should be updated? I can also confirm that Taille Frees PB drops from the one walker next to Aniitap's Shadow.

The Taille Frees PB drops from any of the 2 sets of Dynas in that area with a not too bad drop rate either. :top:

Venomous Pet also drops Fester Leila patterns.

I'm not sure when it happened, but patterns in general seem to be dropping from more mobs than previously.

Guide updated to reflect pattern pieces drop in new inferno missions and the location, and added a pi of Incarnator 255 location.

Like most things like this, the team that does the most damage gets the update.
If you were ODd by an outside tank (or similar), you won't have got the update.

I don't believe FC has instigated anything that would only allow the spawners team get the update.

I have removed the bit about repulling the mission over and over to get the the box of nanocrystals as reward. You now always get this as a reward.
