You don't make it left handed, you create a Solar Powered Submachine Gun, you will need:

Bone Plates that drops off Cliff Male
Antonio's Adaptation Factory

Use the Adaption Factory on the Plate & you'll get a:
Bone Stock

Use the Bone Stock on your Solar Powered Submachine Gun and you will get a Stabilized Silent Spitter
