AO is the main topic, but you can also talk about things like the latest console game you've played, web comics, movies, music, etc. as they pertain to your AO experience.

Hi there, myself and a couple of friends are re-subbing after a long absence from AO we were formerly on RK-1 but I've heard that lately the population of RK-1 is declining and RK-2 has a higher population, is this true? And would we be better off rerolling on RK-2 as opposed to staying on RK-1 as far as finding teams / active orgs?

What was the case, was that RK2 was the default server for a while. This has now been switched back to RK1. With RK2 being the default server for so long, yes the amount of new sign ups automatically starting there was higher.. but right now I have no idea personally whether things are starting to even back out again.
I have always played RK1, always been in an active organisation with a lot of friends and so there hasnt ever been a shortage of people to team with / explore with.
If you are going to be playing with a couple of friends and you already have experience in the past with AO, you are likely to be pretty self sufficient. If you are thinking of joining an organisation almost immediately and you are not too overly fussed about which server you reroll on, then perhaps researching which organisation you would be interested in joining and speaking to any of their recruiting staff may help sway you
Good luck and please feel free to post more if you have other questions!!
