holographic messeage

i started in the shadow land as a solder.i am now level 10 and i activated the holograph message.am suppose to find yorick kyarvals in jobe.but i have looked all over jobe(harbor,market ) but still cant find him.can some one please narrow my search down.

Jobe Platform, I think.

Yeah... He's on Jobe Platform, in between the teleporters to the Market and the Plaza.
