Sided XP buffs...

So, the Clans can get a 35% XP buff called 'Union Blessing' from the Unionist Forman in 4holes.

The questions are:

1/ Why don't we seem to have a guide for this?
2/ Can Neuts get it?
3/ Do Omni have a similar one?

Anyone fancy writing a guide for this? It's a pretty substantial buff..!
