After speaking with your Agency Handler and receiving the random mission, Mnemonic Courier, your assignment is to test an environmental software prototype for the Agency. The Handle will spawn a Agency NCU Analyzer in your inventory. This will cause a nano to appear and run in your NCU window.
The testing is simple. All that you're expected to do is return the Analyzer to its maker while you keep the software nano running in your NCU. Time is of the essence for two reasons.
- You have only THREE HOURS to complete this mission.
- These experimental formals are usually highly unstable, and may cause you more damage than you can handle when it's activated.
This means that it will be in your best interest to go to the client responsible for the product as soon as possible.
Located near the Shelter in Northeast Belial Forest.

Mission Location
Because the Environmental Software is unstable, even in the Agency NCU Analyzer, once you enter Belial Forest, the program in your NCU, will start to damage you at the rate of 100 Health Points every few seconds.
This mission is relatively short, but, to mitigate this damage, you should be sure to:
- Use an air vehicle if you have one. Get one if you don't!
- Get an F-Grid (it looks like 8M in Belial is the closest)
- Use a Clan Whompah into Wine
- Be sure you have some Health and Nano Stim
- Grab a Hot from your friendly Fixer
Once you head Northeast from the Whompah or 8M, you will soon come upon a Shelter.

Shelter
- Note: Be careful, as you will be very near a tower field site on your approach. Though it may be lower than your character, pet professions, remember to put your pets on behind so they don't run off and attack any towers if the field might be hot.
Just north of the shelter, along the water's edge, you will find who you are looking for. Head to her and open a chat with Doctor Sparks!

Doctor Sparks
Once you get talking, she will start out empathetic!
Doctor Sparks: Oh dear...
You: Ouch!
Doctor Sparks: Hand me the NCU Analyzer, and I'll take care of this immediately. Oh dear... This doesn't look so good.
The Doctor uploads a nano program into your NCU.
(Once she takes the Analyzer and finishes the upload, the damage stops.)
Doctor Sparks: Careful now. You may feel weak during the next few minutes.
You: Thank you.
Doctor Sparks: You are welcome. Was there anything else I can do for you?
Now, you can ask her what she's doing in Belial Forest, but that empathy from earlier disappears quickly, and she isn't too happy to talk about that, telling you she needs some time for herself and then accuses you of wanting to start a fight with her, tells you to: Go away I don't have the energy or time to deal with your questions..
Might just be best to tell her Goodbye, and get outta there!
This mission updated immediately, with no need to return to the Mission Agency. You'll find it was well worth the effort in the xp and tokens you get for this short mission!
You can use a relay beacon to get back, head back through the Wine Whompah, or get a friendly Engineer to warp you back to civiliazion if you don't want a long trip back!
