This is one of the most desired PvP back items. No one wears it for AC or looks, but there is a trigger happy mob out there that swears by the evade buffs that this cloak brings. With a high demand, prices for the item or one of the components are high too. The main problem is that the Solid Spiritech Mesh drops from only one mob and no one is thrilled about the droprate. The overcamped mob is named Snatching Soul Dredge and is located in NE Adonis. The spawn time is 25 minutes, be ready for a long camp and competition from high level players.Faction: All Factions

You'll need 6x Nano Programming and 4.5x Field Quantum Phisics the QL of NotuComm Mesh Trenchcoat.
The final item exists only in Quality Level 160 and it doesn't matter what Quality Level NotuComm Mesh Trenchcoat you use for the process.
