IntroductionWhen you first looted the Frozen Shoulderpads in Alappaa, you might not have been impressed. There is good news though; these shoulderpads can be upgraded. There are three different variants to choose from.
You'll need the following items:
| Made from rewards from the Penumbra Xan Civilisation Quest. Not used up and can be traded. | |||
| Looted from Alappaa. | |||
| Looted from Alappaa. | |||
| Looted from Alappaa. You only need one, depending on which variant you build. | |||
| Looted from Dust Brigade Outpost (DB1). You only need one, depending on which variant you build. | |||
