If you're clan sided take the Gift Wrapped Basket and trade it to Supply Commander Smug. To find him you'll have to head to the
Sentinels Tower Research Base
in Wailing Wastes. You can get there fairly easily if you use the Wailing Wastes Whom-Pah in Old Athen.Wailing Wastes - 2700x3500
It can be found in the far North East of that zone, just past the crater lake.
You will find Smug through the wire fence in front of a tall silo like building.
If you are omni, then head to Supply Master Eel who is located at the
Secondary Omni-Tek Base
in Avalon. You will find him closest to the eastern entrance to the base.Avalon - 900x1600
