The Faded Immortal Katana drops only from one mob, a QL 77 dungeon boss by the name of Commander Jocasta, it comes in very limited levels. By upgrading it, you can increase the QL a bit and add special attacks. But for that you need 1 x SSC Reversive Energy-Packs which must be at least 90% of the quality of weapon. The SSC Reversive Energy-Packs can drop off Borg's in various QL's best place to hunt em down is from Borg's in PW.Faction: All Factions
