Yeah they updated a few items with the 20th anniversary patch.

Once AO Items is updated it will reflect the changes.

Atma seems to spawn all items from its loot table from the crate. My MA got a Bulwark of the Eight from it.

You're right, thanks! This was changed in the last patch (18.8.59). I've edited the guide.
