broken image corrected, Unique status removed from novictums as updated Patch 15.5.0 April, 2004

I've updated the guide with some additional info on where to get a novictum refiner and added a link to the land control guide.

Updated to reflect the character level percentage requirement in order to assemble the pattern pieces.
