Kick Rules. Any org rank that can invite can also kick. Specifically
Department:
General can kick 4-6 (Unit Leader and below, however can demote Squad Commander and below and kick after sufficient demotion)
Squad Commander can kick 5-6 (Unit Member and below, however can demote Unit Commander and below and kick after sufficient demotion)
Unit Commander can kick 6 (Applicant, however can demote Unit Leader and below and kick after sufficient demotion)

Feudalism: Knight
1. Cannot remove org contracts
2. Cannot withdraw org bank funds: Only leaders can take credits out of the organization.
3. Cannot recruit: Your rank is not high enough for you to be able to invite new members. You must be at least 3 ranks above the lowest rank in your organization. (The new member entry rank.) Use "/org ranks" to see the available ranks in your organization.

Just a little edit because I learnt that Knights in a Feudal organisation can build city buildings :)

I've updated this guide with the info that free players can no longer become president. Additionally, I've improved the formatting a bit to make org commands stand out more for easy scanning.
