As of patch 18.7, the fixer shop has been removed. All items except Cluster Bullets can now be bought in neutral fairtrade shops. Clusters bullets are now summoned via the nano Restock Special Ammo, which is shopbuyable in any general store.

Thanks Bitnykk! Additionally, I have updated the guide's subtitle to indicate that this shop no longer exists.
