"Basic implants above QL 125 cannot be bought in stores."
"Jobe clusters are special clusters that are occasionally found in missions and are also sold in Jobe by a special vendor. "
"Nano Delta clusters are the only clusters that can be rolled on missions."
This is no longer actual as there are implant shops (for example in Borealis), where you can buy any level implant (up to lvl 300) and any level clusters, very expensive though.

Actually, this was never true, there's a terminal in the back of the shops (clan), that have always had 'some' higher implants available...

Don't make me come in there and Moderate you!

Refined implants require that you add 0.75 to the final base for the particular cluster. So if you go to add a treatment implant to a QL 300 head implant, the final calculation will be (2.15*2+.75)*300 = 1515. This seems to be true for all normal clusters. Never tested jobe clusters but thought I might add that since even implanthelper uses the basic implant table when going into refined implants (and displaying the wrong requirement to make that implant). This becomes important when figuring out how much skill you need exactly in order to boost say, a QL 285 to a QL 300 implant.

This still stands good. There are no Nano Delta clusters for sale in Implant shops.

Nano Delta Jobe Cluster - Faded (Feet) requires 2.75x skill in Pharmaceuticals to combine (says unknown in guide).

Need to update the following sentence to reflect the new RK Jobe cluster and implant terminals:
Jobe clusters are special clusters that are occasionally found in missions and are also sold in Jobe by a special vendor.

@Akuta: thanks for that! I have uploaded Implant Helper to our downloads section and updated the link.
By now, the Nano Nanny link had broken too. I've added an alternative download location for that as well.

I edited this guide to mention that refined clusters are also shopbuyable now, though expensively.
