Testlive Patch Notes: 18.6.17.0
The Omni and Clans shops are now selling the weapons at their last advancement state (for shotguns -401, for ranged energy -405 etc...).
Andre Bottle is now selling the "upgrade" and "adjustment" kits till ql200 (they are not exactly cheap though). Once you apply the adjustment kit the NODROP property has been removed form the weapons.
Old weapons should be still rollable as RK missions reward and buyable on neutral shops.

Neutral "Fair Trade" shops also sell weapons up to ql300 in the penultimate advancement state, while non-upgraded weapons are sold in Neutral "Weapon Shops" and rollable in missions. All upgrades are sold at a fraction of Andre's offerings up to ql300 in Neutral Fair Trade shops, Tradeskill section, ICC Weapon Supplies. All upgrades are consumed in the tradeskill process, i.e. each upgrade is single-use. When shopping, 000 codes can be used to quickly identify the skill requirements:

0xx - Melee Weapons:
* 050 - Either of: 1 Handed Blunt, 2 Handed Blunt, Melee Energy (specials: Brawl and Fast Attack)
* 070 - Either of: 1 Handed Blunt, 2 Handed Blunt, 1 Handed Edged, 2 Handed Edged, Piercing, Martial Arts (specials: Brawl, Fast Attack and Dimach)

4xx - Ranged Weapons:
* 401 - Either of: Grenade, Pistol, Shotgun (specials: Fling Shot)
* 402 - Either of: Bow, Rifle (specials: Aimed Shot)
* 404 - MG/SMG (specials: Burst)
* 405 - Ranged Energy (specials: Burst and Fling Shot)
* 40C - Assault Rifle (specials: Full Auto and Burst)

I've updated this guide to mention that the final step of the tradeskill process requires no tradeskills and doesn't make the weapon nodrop anymore.
