Chip has to be QL 200+.
(01:27) "Circular Kyr'Ozch Chip Mold" is of a too low quality level. With "Izgimmer-modified Cyberdeck" at quality of 1 , the "Circular Kyr'Ozch Chip Mold" must be at least at quality 200.
This was for chip QL 170.
