It's worth noting that the Cyborgs despawn after handing them the unfinished nano crystal, which can cause problems if several players are trying to do the quest at the same time.

Confirmed, only ONE person can do the quest at a time.
However, not all the Cyborgs despawn, sometimes only one despawns, sometimes two, but there's generaly at least one that stays up.

Interesting. I hadn't noticed that before, but it might have been that I was too busy meeping out.
I also added a "how to use the nano" paragraph at the bottom. I was surprised recently with a "fgrid plox" tell, and when I ran off to a grid terminal and the guy didn't follow me. I told him to come to the grid terminal. When he did, I cast the team fgrid nano and he just stood there expecting to be zoned into fgrid like the other fixer meep nanos.
Don't know if a little paragraph might help, it's likely that people who are clueless are probably not apt to read anything, but anyhow, it's in there now.

Also worth noting is the little upside down blue pyramid you loot off SL mission bosses, when you cast team f-grid the caster gets TWO little dooberies, you can use the other one to 'fill' the pyramid and give it back to the owner so they have a ONE SHOT f-grid item.

Yes. They drop off RK dynas as well. It was already mentioned at the bottom this guide and links to another guide. Did you mean that we should add that the container can be obtained from SL mission bosses too?

you no longer need to be in a team for fgrid
Update (2018):
Single fgrid nano gives Data Receptacle + Quiescent Grid Waveform Template, not team fgrid.
Team fgrid gives only Data Receptacle.

I have made the following changes:
- This quest, or the nano crystal it rewards you with, no longer have a level 100 requirement.
- The Quiescent Grid Waveform Template now spawns from using the first fgrid nano, not this one. I have moved the info about it to that guide.
- The team fgrid nano is now target castable, which means you can use it on someone else and their team. I added this info to the guide.

At lvl 82 Sirocco does not accept the member card. When you talk to him:
Sirocco: Gung-ho and ready to die I see. I do understand your eagerness, but I am afraid you are still lacking somewhat in skill. Come back to me later and I will tell you more.
When you give him the card without talking:
Sirocco: Here, take the Card back before I forget. Is there anything I can do for you?
Same dialog with personal fgrid nano in a bag and after uploading it to your ncu list. So maybe there is still lvl 100 requirement to get the mission?

It seems you're right Keune; the requirement on the nano crystal was dropped, but not on the mission NPC. I have restored the level requirement of 100 on the guide.

Just FYI, i don't know if or when that was changed but I noticed that the cyborgs don't really despawn (anymore?). I have done the quest about 1..2 years ago on RK19 and just now again on RK5 and the cyborgs were all up and also stayed up after talking.
I did close the dialog pretty quickly, but I don't think that should have an impact from what I know of NPC quest dialogs
Doesn't really matter I guess, check before doing the quest if they are up but chances are good that they are. Then the quest is a matter of minutes to do
