Both build instructions are exactly the same which is totally confusing.
Seems like you can combine those two items and get a random output?

The intention, I think, is along the lines you were thinking, that the product you get is supposed to be unpredictable (any one of 11 actually). But as the guide indicated, there are ways of figuring out an item's item ID.

These don't exist, those are the names for the nacence aquired gems that can only make 1 gem bracers...

After reading your post twice and looking again at the guide I understood what it wanted to say
there is a nice table in the guide, I just couldn't relate the item-id table to the information given above

if you ask me, the sequence in this guide is a bit unfortunate

I have updated this guide to be a little more clear about which Frozen Crystal gives what. The table now shows an actual item link, with its item id below it.

I obtained a Frozen Crystal Compound with id 269818 and found out it makes a Galactic Jewel of Corroded Glory. The ones with ids 269816, 269817 and 269819 were wrong as well, but I've not been able to find any yet. When I do, I will update the guide. For now, I have removed the incorrect entries and simply marked them as "Unknown".
