To complete mob list droppping this patterns :

Aurayo looted Bhotaar Pattern 'Infernal Demon' from Remains of Adonian Spirit Hunter.
And seems not rare : I looted on ~20% from them.
And a confirmation : Aurayo looted Chi Pattern of 'Infernal Demon' from Remains of Waining Visitant.
But drop rate is very low on them.

If you really had a 20% drop rate, consider yourself lucky.
I had to kill around 250 Adonian Spirit Hunters to get a complete pattern. Out of 10 drops I got 6 C-patterns, 2 B-patterns, 1 each of A & D.
Plus, I found all of them on the platform in E Adonis, N of the Redeemed Temple. Hunting the Spirit Hunters in the SW (S of the Incarnator) yielded no pattern at all after ~60 kills.
On a side note, I completed both an Adonian Soul Dredge pattern and a Viscious Visitant pattern before I got the last part for the Infernal Demon blueprint. So if you're out for these, you know where to look

Just FYI. Only issue I ran into here. Some guides list it, others don't.

It is theoretically possible to combine "Crystal Filled by the Source" with "Complete Blueprint Pattern of 'Infernal Demon'". But you need at least 400 in NanoProgramming.
It is theoretically possible to combine "Subdued Flow of Novictum" with "Notum Crystal with Etched 'Infernal Demon'". But you need at least 160 in FieldQuantumPhysics.

It is theoretically possible to combine "Crystal Filled by the Source" with "Complete Blueprint Pattern of 'Diviner Gil Kald-Thar'". But you need at least 900 in NanoProgramming.
