Central Temple is not far from the Utapolis Stone I believe.

Central temple can be found via Utolopis or Enclave statues.

That said...
ALL the 4 first NPC's are also found outside the temple.
The 2 first standing inside the "court yard"
3rd is wandering a bit around them
4th is on the cliffs behind the temple to the east.

Revamped entire guide
Added info on outside location(s) of the first four redeemed NPCs (Thank you Mardonge)
Explained how to find the fourth outside NPC Sipius Enel Mara-Ilad on top of the hill and added pics w/directions to Sipius Enel Mara-Ilad
Left info on the same 4 mobs found inside the temple, but added a "Reveal" link for them, as it seemed too confusing to have both listed in the main part of guide.
Added location as headers instead of "steps"
Added items for visuals

Added a link to the Enel Sanctuary quest
Replaced some of the basic waypoints that were duplicated with waypoint links
