Anyone have any links to an explanation or suggestions for engineer PR? There are several lines and want to know any suggestions for DD engi's, no TS wants here.

Best bet would be to just read the Research lines... It's self explanatory...

Basicaly, that's exactly right...
My Engi is a 220 Tradeskiller with all of them researched, so it matters little, do the ones that look good for you first, but eventualy, you'll have most or all of them.
Don't make me come in there and Moderate you!
