I'll get straight to the point.

I created an account here a while back. I lost my log on information. I used the password recovery system however when I try to recover it with my Username and Email I get this...

"The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username."

I am using the Email address where I receive messages to update my guild information. So I assume this is the Email address I provided when I made the account.

Basically I can't log on to update the guild info and I can't recover my password. It may be entirely possible that the Email address I'm providing is actually correct, but the Username could be wrong. I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't use Xout as my username. As you can see I was able to use it to create this account and used my new Email address. I didn't get an error so I think something is amiss.

I was hoping for some help with recovery or a way to update my Org info with this account.
