Ok, I will assume you are an agent which was my old main.

You need to raise concealment to the max so that your target won't detect you, you COULD aimed shot without hiding, but it would have to be a mob at or below your levela and you would need to do it quick and from behind out of LOS (line of sight) but that is difficult.

Most agent max concealment and when they are close enough, they AS the target, whish is your alpha attack (strong special attack).

The trick with agents is also distance, specially with melee mobs, root them, slow them down, anything you can so you keep your distance....you are a RANGE WEAPON proffession.
