There seems to be an error in this guide about Key to the garden of Roch quest. The guide states that you should only spawn and talk with the empath, but when I did this quest a couple of days ago I had to kill the empath in order to get the Old piece of cloak sparkling with notum. I think it is ok for clan/redeemed side to only talk with the empath but omni/unredeemed must kill her for the sparkling cloth to spawn in inventory. After that one has to go back to the Hypnagogic Urga-Xum Roch in garden and give him the cloak and state that the empath mentioned Miller, even if that is not technically true (since you don't speak with her at all). I think this quest is bugged and has always been.

The Un-Redeemed side of this quest always had to kill the Empath.
However, I don't know what the rest of the NPC dialog says after that...

I think the NPC dialogue is the same as on the redeemed side. These are the dialogue options I used:

"I made the spirit appear."

"She mentioned someone called... Miller."

"Yes, and I also found this piece of cloth on the ground."

"She was tall and completely covered by a shimmering light."

"She is an empath."

Having spoken to somone doing the Unredeemed quest today, yes, you DO have to kill her.
The quest as it is doesn't make sense...

Also FYI but on unredeemed side YOU (the character doing the quest) have to novictalize the blueprint. You CANNOT have another character do it for you! Had my engineer novictalize the blueprint but didn't get any progress after killing. Looked at the quest and it states in red:

Note: It is required that you personally Novictalize the blueprint.

It was already told in guide but i added "(Novictualize)" in the notice so people understand it better.

I have corrected the guide to mention you need to kill the empath, rather than talk with her like with the clan quest.

*It is theoretically possible to combine "Subdued Flow of Novictum" with "Notum Crystal with Etched 'Weary Empath Min-Ji Liu'". But you need at least 135 in FieldQuantumPhysics.

Added a note that the pattern must be completed after being instructed to so.
Added a note on how to fix it if you make the crystal, speak to Weary Empath Min-Ji Liu, and get the cloth so Sipius will take the cloth.
