Vulture Feuder can also be found far NW in Greater Tir County, in the desert beyond the Wall.

It's not all that bad as it's made out to be. Specifically it doesn't take half the time listed here.
I just did the Quest today on a 207 shade. With a Yalm equipped and GSF buffed at all times. The quest from start to end of step 3 (where you get the library enabling AI tech 3) it took exactly 1 hour. On the minute.
1 hour total.
I didn't hurry from place to place and in the missions I killed my way through. I took time to read the dialogue options and so forth. I'd say each step takes approximately 20 minutes up until this point.
Step 4 I've never done, since the reward is worthless and there's no xp, so I can't speak of the timing of that bit.
So get to it

I personally do this quest in under an hour, even on low lvl chars, but then I've done it WAY too many times...
This is an old quest tho, the times taken to do it are different now because characters are getting faster and tougher. It will always change...

Don't make me come in there and Moderate you!

As mobs can wander quite a ways, waypoints are generally a suggested area to start

Especially non-unique mobs that have a large patrol area.

I did stage one, two and three in 2.5 hours on my 194 crat.
Politicians and diapers need to be changed often and for the same reason.

After numerous complaints of this guide being hard to understand, this guide has been adjusted to correspond more closely with the actual quest line. Sections have been condensed, reworded, and pics and complete explanations added up to receiving the library.

Completion times have been removed as this has become a much faster quest line over the years.
