Ok, so I am going to post clues about an NPC on Rubi Ka, and you have to guess who it is! If you struggle to guess, then I might post more clues to help you.

Whoever guesses has to then post clues to another NPC so we can continue the game!

He dresses like a cowboy
He really likes alcohol
He hangs out in the vicinity of somewhere he can get alcohol

only problem is if I am right, I can not stay logged in long enough to get a description of another NPC.

I was able to stay logged in long enough to get the name, of who I think your describing
