His actual location is closer to 1125x3700.
So the waypoint command should be /waypoint 1125 3700 670

Like most spawns, he tends to wander from his initial point. Unless something is stuck in place (like an inanimate object) the coordinates are a general starting point of where to look based on where he has been seen :)
