Per 18.4.8 update release notes: The pattern for Infernal Demon (Adonis Sanctuary) now drops from Ghosts and Spirits in Adonis. This pattern no longer drops from sided monsters.

Put in a map over the mobs, too big? If its ok, maybe add it to clan ado sanct too.

I think the size is okay. If you put the thumbnail version on the guide, it should open a light box to show the larger version.
