Added damage and special attack types and difficulty to prisoner table.

Updated the picture of the map with one based on Saavick's Map of Rubi-Ka, but with just the prisoner locations on it.

Changed lowest level listed to do the straight Ystanes prisoner quest. I personally pulled the quest from Ystanes at 184 so Im guessing it's 180.
Clarified the Daily Prisoner quest is 200, though
Clarified what Souls are used for
Added the Pen Quest link for the Keeper weapon upgrade
Added a couple headers to highlight a couple sections
