broken image corrected, Unique status removed from novictums as updated Patch 15.5.0 April, 2004

I've updated the guide with some additional info on where to get a novictum refiner and added a link to the land control guide.

Updated to reflect the character level percentage requirement in order to assemble the pattern pieces.

removed Unpolluted crystal from the top of the needed items to create and replaced with Crystal filled by the source.
numerous people seemed to think you required these and could not just use the Crystal filled by the source obtained by a MP.
