there were numerous people in the AO discord "complaining" about it not being on the website.
I confirmed that I could see it and saw the "this quest is not completed".

After scouring the guide from top to bottom it appeared all was in order.
My best guess is a simple mistake of forgetting to check the box upon last edit prior in the day.

the guide should be up and displaying correctly now.
