Guide is not correct, after getting the defiled Pattern of Min-jI Liu you get a mission to target an ancient device left behind by the Xan. No way point in misson so dunno where it is, that why i checked mission here...

The guide says it's just outside Ergos cave, and that's right where it is, you know where the spirits are just before you enter the cave? Just there...

After handing over the insiginias, Eric Miller does indeed spawn, along with several other mobs, and more spawn every 20 seconds or so. They continue to spawn throughout the fight, so be ready for adds.

Once Eric Miller dies, Unredeemed Roch spawns with yet more mobs, and the spawning continues, so grab the pattern quickly and get out.
