Strange problem with the contact option

I get this message :

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's guide', '384', '1156963717', 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0)' at line 1

Am I doing something wrong?
