AO is the main topic, but you can also talk about things like the latest console game you've played, web comics, movies, music, etc. as they pertain to your AO experience.

They should still be in the same place.
The problem you can run in to with Windows 7 is when you let things get installed under Programs. That sets all sorts of boundaries for what Windows will let the program change on your computer, even to its own files. It's best to have AO in its own folder directly under your main drive.
If that's not the case, do you even have a Screenshots folder in your main AO directory?

Unless you've allowed AO to run as administrator, screenshots will be stored along with your updated preferences etc, somewhere in your user profile (I forget where offhand).
As for the problems installing AO into the Prog Files folder... never had any issues here if running as admin.

hehe... that's exactly a point many think different! Most people I tell to get one admin account and one for working/gaming/interwebs/whatever so they don't install all crap without thinking about.... I bet 99% of people do not really read the alerts you get, but most think twice if you have to enter a password or switch users for some installations.
Anyways, that's just my point of view and it's working well enough for incautious people.
Back to the topic, yes programs folder restricts any writing of AO in it's own folder. When I remember right the data is thrown into the documents folder. For me it works well enough to have AO in a folder called games which resides in the root c:
