ive recently bought one of the largest citys on the map, and that is cool, i knew what i was getting into. but im curious, if one was to modify thier rent with changing the buildings a bit, what is the value of each building toward the rent, i know more buildings = more rent, but what is that particular cred amount, or is it based on some % values. if anyone has a clue please let me know.
thx

i remember when we upgraded our org city to ql 300 buildings and even added more, and i dont recall the rent changing or if it did was a very very small amount, the rent is almost 100% based on plot size frm what i noticed.

I'm also under the impression that you rent the space, what you do with it doesn't bother the rent.

Don't make me come in there and Moderate you!

It certainly does, I did notice a change in Omni-Pol's city rent when we tore down some trees and lamps.
