Where to get ... ?

Aloha, I created this account, hoping you omniscient folks could help me with information on two items, namely
the Fadin Punching Bag and
the Ka Tech Ventilation Unit.

I don't know wether they are ingame or not or where to get them and I'd appreciate any information you can give me about them.

The patch number made me think that at least the punching bag might be sold in the furniture booth of the uncle bazzit store, but so far I have never seen it for sale there, or probably achievable as side reward from the basic clothes quest, but I have never done that quest myself, so I don't know about that either.

Furthermore, considering the uncle bazzit store - does anyone know where I could get a complete list for available furniture from the uncle bazzit shop?

My thoughts would also be the furniture store at bazzits, not had them as side rewards from clothing. Could be they where never made publicly available (although not sure how often people actually check that furniture store)

Actualy, I've fitted out a few appartments quite well & I've NEVER seen these items anywhere!

However, the punching bag looks familiar, I wonder if it was a quest or possibly a prize somewhere...?

I have spent some time searching for those items as well.
I suspect both items are in db for mesh only (as in they can be obtained). For example, I believe Fadin Punching Bag is what hangs in player city Silo.
