How can I get implants now that they're so rare to get?

I can't find any implant anywhere....

Dam... I had to stock tons of implants 5 years ago when there could be found on the stores.

OK, I'll play without implants.

Unless the global implant economy collapsed over night im pretty sure there are still implant stores..

Plus the fact, I don't think I've ever run through a mission without coming back with a massive pile of implant loot. Want an implant? KILL SOMETHING! They're everywhere.
