Question 1: To what level can a Froob go?

Question 2: Does Bloodleech Ring (from ToTW) restrict my health growth?

1. Classic AO (aka free accounts) max out at level 200

2. No, the ring does not stop you from getting more health as you level up.

the "MaxHealth 45 " of the ring means that you ll have 45 HP more to your total HP if you equipe it.
