Reading Blueprints

I put together a Blueprint for a Sabertooth Dagger but it doesn't give any instructions. Is there an item that helps read blueprints?

I take it you are talking about Pocket Boss blueprints, AOU has a nice guide on how to process the blueprint into a spawnable Boss here

These Pocket Bosses are a LOT harder than the same kind of general mob, take friends...!
